**Introduction**
**STOOS Consulting** is engaging Turkey-based **trainers and technical experts** to support **inclusive livelihoods and MSME development** for **youth, women, refugees, and local entrepreneurs**, emphasizing **employability, business growth, and market access**.

**Description of the Tasks**

- Conduct **skills mapping** and **employer/market consultations** to align trainings with **real job/market needs**.
- Design **Turkish-language curricula** (Arabic advantage for mixed cohorts) with **competency rubrics**.
- Deliver **experiential trainings** (work-based learning, capstones, production labs).
- Facilitate **entrepreneurship acceleration** (business model validation, go-to-market, digital marketing).
- Strengthen **financial inclusion** (records, costing, bank/MFI products, risk management).
- Integrate **e-commerce and digital tools** (marketplaces, payments, customer analytics).
- Implement **pre/post testing**, track **placements/sales growth**, and report **KPIs**.
- Broker **PPPs** and **private-sector linkages** (internships, apprenticeships, supplier agreements).
- Produce **clear reports** with **pipeline recommendations** and **follow-up actions**.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

- **Residence in Turkey**; **Turkish fluency** (**Arabic advantage**).
- Degree/TVET in **Business, TVET, Economics, Agriculture/Livestock (as relevant), ICT, Finance** or related.
- **5+ years** in **workforce development, TVET, MSME training**, and **coaching**.
- Demonstrated **curriculum design**, **adult learning**, and **industry engagement** experience.
- Familiarity with **regulatory and finance ecosystems** for MSMEs and **export readiness**.
- Strong **reporting/MEL**; commitment to **safeguarding, inclusion, and Do No Harm**.
