## **Your role:**

- Responsible for the end-to-end coordination, delivery, and reporting of the EU-funded Circular Solutions Innovation Challenge under the UNDP Green LGUs Project and is accountable for ensuring all project outputs, milestones, and reporting requirements are delivered on time, to quality, and in full compliance with UNDP and EU requirements.
- **Stakeholder & partnership management**: Serve as the primary coordination point between Dana Asia, UNDP, LGUs (e.g. Quezon City barangays), civil society organisations, EPR-PROs, suppliers, and community-based partners.
- **Financial & administrative oversight**: Support accurate tracking of project expenditures against the approved project budget.
- **Monitoring, evaluation & reporting**: Coordinate impact monitoring activities, including tracking indicators such as plastic waste reduction, refills, and participation of eco sari-sari stores.
- **Compliance & risk management**: Ensure all project activities comply with the terms of the UNDP contract, EU funding requirements, and applicable local regulations.

## **What we’re looking for:**

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Development Studies, Management Economics, Environmental Science, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- **Experience**: Proven experience managing donor-funded or grant-funded projects, ideally with UN agencies, EU-funded programmes, or comparable development partners.
- **Technical skills**: Strong project management skills, with demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- **Attributes:** Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work effectively with LGUs, community partners, and international donors.

**Other information:**

- **Compensation**: Monthly Salary of PHP 30,000. + OPEX (for reimbursement), with benefits to be discussed.
- **Employment Type:** Full-time Independent Contractor; Hybrid working with a combination of work from home, site visits, and office-based work.
- **Location & Eligibility**:Based in Quezon City, Manila with frequent travel to project sites.Open only to Filipino Nationals only.
