FCA prioritises Inclusive Education, Special Needs Education, Disability Inclusion, and Psychosocial Support (PSS), helping schools to identify and respond to learners’ diverse needs through effective pedagogy, appropriate accommodations, Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and strengthened collaboration between schools and families.

**1. Position Summary**

Under the supervision of the Program Coordinator, the Programme Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the implementation of FCA programme activities in the occupied Palestinian territory (IoPT), with a focus on the West Bank and Gaza, and East Jerusalem when accessible.

The role supports coordination with partners, assists in field monitoring, contributes to reporting and documentation, and ensures basic compliance with FCA and donor requirements. The Programme Assistant works closely with programme, MEAL, and finance teams to support smooth day-to-day operations.

**2. Key Responsibilities**

**Programme Implementation Support**

- Support the day-to-day implementation of programme activities in line with approved work plans.
- Assist in organizing field visits, trainings, meetings, and events.
- Follow up with partners on activity updates and basic implementation progress.
- Maintain organized records of programme documents and activity files.

**Partner Coordination Support**

- Maintain regular communication with implementing partners for routine follow-up.
- Support scheduling of coordination meetings and preparation of meeting minutes.
- Assist partners in submitting required documentation in a timely manner.
- Track key partner deliverables and flag delays to the Program Coordinator.

**Monitoring & MEAL Support**

- Support data collection, entry, and basic verification in coordination with the MEAL team.
- Assist in organizing monitoring visits and compiling field observations.
- Support the use of FCA templates and tools by partners.
- Contribute to documentation of activities, including photos, attendance sheets, and basic summaries.

**Reporting & Documentation**

- Assist in drafting sections of internal and donor reports (activity summaries, data inputs).
- Compile and organize partner reports and supporting documents.
- Ensure proper filing (electronic and hard copy) of programme documentation.
- Support preparation of visibility materials (success stories, photos, etc.) when required.

**Accountability & Safeguarding Support**

- Support dissemination of FCA safeguarding, PSEA, and Code of Conduct requirements to partners.
- Assist in monitoring basic functionality of feedback and complaints mechanisms.
- Promote respectful and conflict-sensitive communication in all interactions.

**Financial & Administrative Support**

- Support tracking of basic project expenditures and documentation.
- Assist in reviewing partner submissions for completeness (administrative check).
- Support logistics for procurement, trainings, and field activities.
- Assist in preparing documentation for audits or donor visits when needed.

**Coordination & Communication**

- Attend internal meetings and take notes as required.
- Support information sharing between programme teams and partners.
- Assist in preparing presentations and coordination materials.

**Proposal & Assessment Support**

- Support data collection for needs assessments and programme design.
- Assist in compiling background information and contextual data.
- Provide administrative support during proposal development processes.

**3. Required Qualifications**

- Bachelor’s degree in data engineering, education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in humanitarian or development work.
- Experience supporting programme implementation and coordination is an asset.
- Basic understanding of MEAL and reporting processes.
- Familiarity with NGO operations and partner coordination is desirable.
- **This position is open to candidates only holding a valid West Bank ID.**
