As **Partnering Finance Advisor**, you will strengthen financial processes, policies, and procedures

**Here’s where you come in:**

As **Partnering Finance Advisor**, you will strengthen financial processes, policies, and procedures aligned with World Vision’s partnering strategy. You will build the capacity of Field Offices in implementing finance-related partnering tools, enhance tracking and monitoring, and support collaboration across partnership entities to minimize risk. You will also review and develop financial tools, drive process improvements, and represent Global Finance in partnering initiatives and discussions.

**Requirements include:**

- 3-5 years managerial or advisory experience preferably in an international NGO environment or the like
- At least 5 years of experience with partner/subgrantee management
- Has extensive knowledge and experience in partner due diligence, capacity assessments, and capacity building.
- Has extensive experience in working with the non-finance stakeholders in leveraging partner expertise to deliver quality programs/projects
- Excellent partnership management skills including stakeholder engagement, time management, problem solving, interpersonal relations, decision-making, and oral and written communication
- Able to effectively communicate with all levels in the organization (verbally and in writing)
- Excellent multi-tasking and organization aptitudes
- Strong PowerBI and technical/IT training experience MS Access and MS SharePoint
